What’s included in the tour price? Are there any hidden fees?

We believe in complete transparency. Your tour price includes:

  • Private or group transport (as specified in your tour)
  • English-speaking tour guide
  • All entrance fees to listed attractions
  • Meals and refreshments as listed in the itinerary

No hidden fees, no surprise charges — what you see in the tour description is exactly what you pay.

Can I customise my itinerary?

Absolutely. Every tour we offer can be tailored to your group’s interests, pace, and schedule.

Just message us on WhatsApp with your preferences — preferred start time, focus areas (food, history, nature, photography), group size, or any special requirements — and we’ll design the perfect itinerary for you.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Our policy is simple and fair:

  • Cancel 3+ days before your tour: Full refund (bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility)
  • Cancel less than 3 days before: Deposit is non-refundable

Example

If your tour is on July 10th: cancelling on or before July 7th = full refund. Cancelling on July 8th, 9th, or July 10th = deposit kept.

How do I book? Can I pay on arrival?

Booking is easy — just message us on WhatsApp or email us. We confirm bookings in order of deposit received to guarantee your spot.

Payment structure:

  • 50% deposit required to confirm your booking
  • 50% balance paid on the day of your tour

As this is a limited-capacity, personalised service, the deposit ensures we can fully prepare for your group and hold your place exclusively.

What should I bring for the tour?

We recommend packing light but smart. Here’s a quick checklist:

  • Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
  • Light jacket or rain poncho (weather can change quickly)
  • Small cash for personal purchases
  • Camera or fully charged phone
  • Insect repellent for outdoor/nature tours

Is the tour suitable for children, elderly travellers, or people with mobility issues?

Most of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Each tour listing notes its difficulty level:

  • Easy: Flat paths, minimal walking — great for families and seniors
  • Moderate: Some walking or uneven ground
  • Active: Involves cycling, hiking, or more physical activity

If you have specific mobility concerns, please let us know when booking — we’re happy to adapt the route where possible.

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes — once your deposit is received, you’ll get a booking confirmation via email within 30 minutes (usually much faster). Your confirmation will include:

  • Tour date, time, and meeting point
  • Your guide’s contact details
  • Any specific preparation notes

What happens if the weather is bad on my tour day?

Hoi An and Da Nang have warm weather most of the year, but rain is possible. Our policy:

  • Light rain: Tours run as scheduled — we provide ponchos and adapt the route where possible
  • Severe weather (storm, typhoon warning): We will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge, or offer a full refund

We monitor conditions closely and will always notify you in advance if there’s a concern.

What languages do your guides speak?

Our main tour language is English. We also offer tours in:

  • Vietnamese
  • Korean
  • Chinese (Mandarin)
