Confirmation of Reservations

Your booking request will be reviewed for availability. We’ll contact you to confirm the details and proceed with your reservation. A booking is only finalised once you have acknowledged and agreed to these terms.

Deposit to Secure Your Booking

A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required to guarantee your reservation. This secures your booking and ensures availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 3+ days before → Full refund

Any bank transfer fees remain your responsibility.

Cancel less than 3 days before → Deposit not refunded

This covers preparation costs already incurred on your behalf.

Example

Tour date: July 10th
Cancel by July 7th → full refund (minus transfer fees)
Cancel July 8th–10th → deposit forfeited

What’s Included in the Price

Tour prices are listed in USD per person as detailed in your itinerary. Generally included:

✦All transportation during the tour

✦Entrance fees to attractions

✦Services of a qualified local guide

We will send you a detailed plan after your request is received.

4–5 years
50% of adult fare

6–8 years
75% of adult fare

Over 8 years
Full adult fare

Travel Voucher

Once your booking is confirmed and payment received, a service voucher containing your full itinerary details will be sent to you via email.

Our Responsibility & Limitations

We are not responsible for unused services if you choose not to use them, nor for losses, injuries, or damages that may occur during your trip.

Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, weather, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances remain your responsibility.

While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, adjustments may be necessary. In such cases we will provide comparable alternatives.

💡 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
