⭐Confirmation of Reservations:

Your booking request will be reviewed for availability. We’ll then contact you to confirm the details and proceed with your reservation. A booking is only finalized once you’ve acknowledged and agreed to these terms.

⭐Securing Your Booking (Deposit):

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit 50% of the total trip cost is required. This secures your booking and ensures availability. Payment details here

⭐Cancellations Policy

If you cancel at least 3 days before the tour starts, we will provide a full refund ,any bank transfer fees will be your responsibility.

If you cancel less than 3 days before the tour starts, your deposit will not be refunded.

Example:

Let’s say your tour is scheduled for July 10th:

If you cancel on or before July 7th, you’ll receive a full refund, but any bank transfer fees will be your responsibility.

If you cancel on July 8th, 9th, or on the day of the tour (July 10th), your deposit will not be refunded.

⭐Travel Protection:

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. This can protect you against unforeseen circumstances like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

⭐Pricing and What’s Included:

Tour prices are listed in USD per person, as detailed in your itinerary. Generally, our prices cover:

  • Meals as specified in the itinerary
  • All transportation during the tour
  • Entrance fees to attractions
  • Services of a qualified local guide

⭐Travel Voucher:

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, a service voucher containing your itinerary details will be sent to you via email.

⭐Our Responsibility (and Limitations):

We are not responsible for any unused services (accommodations, meals, tours, transportation) if you choose not to use them. We also cannot be held liable for any losses, injuries, or damages that may occur during your trip.

Any additional expenses due to delays, accidents, weather, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances will be your responsibility. Travel insurance is crucial for these situations.

While we make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, adjustments may be necessary due to external factors like airline or train schedule changes, or local conditions. In such cases, we will strive to provide comparable alternatives.

⭐Children’s Rates:

  • Under 4 years: Complimentary
  • 4 to 5 years: 50% of the adult fare
  • 6 to 8 years: 75% of the adult fare
  • Over 8 years: Full adult fare

30 days before check in day, you need to pay out for the rest of the booking

For Example: Today is 1st March ,your booking value 1000 USD for stay dates that from 10 to 15 Jun
You need to deposit 500 USD for booking date, Until 10 May , you need to pay out for the rest of value booking
