Booking Information & Conditions

Confirmation of Reservations:

Your booking request will be reviewed for availability. We’ll then contact you to confirm the details and proceed with your reservation. A booking is only finalized once you’ve acknowledged and agreed to these terms.

Securing Your Booking (Deposit):

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit 50% of the total trip cost is required. This secures your booking and ensures availability.

Changes and Cancellations:

We understand plans can change. While we don’t impose cancellation fees ourselves, any charges levied by our partners (hotels, transport providers, etc.) will be your responsibility. These policies can vary based on the provider, season, and specific situation. We’re happy to provide detailed cancellation information upon request. Please notify us in writing (email or fax) at least three days prior to your scheduled departure to minimize potential charges.

Refunds:

Refunds for unused services or eligible cancellations will be handled according to our prior agreement. We don’t deduct administrative fees for processing refunds, but any bank transfer fees will be your responsibility.

Travel Protection:

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. This can protect you against unforeseen circumstances like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

Pricing and What’s Included:

Tour prices are listed in USD per person, as detailed in your itinerary. Generally, our prices cover:

  • Accommodation (double or twin occupancy)
  • Meals as specified in the itinerary
  • All transportation during the tour
  • Entrance fees to attractions
  • Services of a qualified local guide

Travel Voucher:

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, a service voucher containing your itinerary details will be sent to you via email.

Our Responsibility (and Limitations):

We are not responsible for any unused services (accommodations, meals, tours, transportation) if you choose not to use them. We also cannot be held liable for any losses, injuries, or damages that may occur during your trip. Any additional expenses due to delays, accidents, weather, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances will be your responsibility. Travel insurance is crucial for these situations.

While we make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, adjustments may be necessary due to external factors like airline or train schedule changes, or local conditions. In such cases, we will strive to provide comparable alternatives.

Addressing Concerns:

If you encounter any issues during your trip, we will act as a liaison between you and the relevant third-party providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) to facilitate a fair resolution.

Children’s Rates:

  • Under 4 years: Complimentary
  • 4 to 5 years: 50% of the adult fare
  • 6 to 8 years: 75% of the adult fare
  • Over 8 years: Full adult fare
