It sleeps up to ten adults and five children, with room for grandparents and a kitchen for everyone. It is the one I send larger groups to when one three-bedroom house is not quite enough.

What to check before you book a pool villa
A few honest checks save a bad trip. Confirm the pool is private and not shared with other units, because some listings blur that. Check the real walk to the beach on a map, not just the word “beachfront”. Read the recent reviews, not only the star rating, and look for guests who say the villa was exactly as listed. Ask who you are talking to: with my villas you message me, the host, not a call center.
And be realistic about the sea: Cua Dai Beach has had erosion over the years, so some stretches are narrower than older photos suggest, though the water is calm and fine for a morning swim.
One more honest note: October through December brings central Vietnam’s rainy season, and some years that means a few grey, wet days even in a beach villa with a pool. We will not tell you it is always sunshine because it is not. If you are booking in that window, build in flexible days and treat the pool and covered outdoor space as your backup plan, not just a bonus.
What is walkable
A good Hoi An villa earns its keep by what you can reach on foot. From the Hola villas, the beach is three minutes, with restaurants and a spa within five. There are local spots for coffee and a bowl of noodles nearby. Hoi An Ancient Town, with the lanterns and tailors, is a short ride for the evening, close enough to enjoy and far enough that you sleep in quiet. La Marble sits closer to Non Nuoc Beach and the Marble Mountains, a different stretch of coast from Hoi An, better suited if Da Nang city is more your priority. Safe and easy with kids
